Before his involvement in the legal recruiting industry, our managing partner, Kees (Keith) Hulstein had a successful corporate career which offered him the opportunity to immigrate from his native ‘the Netherlands’ to New Jersey, followed by Florida, Minnesota and North Carolina.

During his employment as Vice President Global Human Resources, Kees' work took him to 50 countries in 4 continents. He had the opportunity to work with many lawyers especially those practicing in Litigation, Labor & Employment, Business Immigration, Environmental and Wealth Management.

Kees is known for being passionate, realistic, loyal and honest especially when working with candidates who have to make important career decisions.
